Cu toate acestea, exist\u0103 situa\u021bii \u00een care, din motive legate de specificul activit\u0103\u021bii, angajatorii pot implementa un program de lucru extins, de 12 ore pe zi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cazul unui program de lucru de 12 ore, legisla\u021bia prevede c\u0103 durata de repaus imediat dup\u0103 o astfel de zi de munc\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fie de minimum 24 de ore consecutive. Acest repaus este necesar pentru a permite recuperarea fizic\u0103 \u0219i mental\u0103 a angajatului, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 se men\u021bin\u0103 un echilibru \u00eentre via\u021ba profesional\u0103 \u0219i cea personal\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pauza de mas\u0103 \u0219i alte pauze de odihn\u0103<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Conform <a href=\"https:\/\/legislatie.just.ro\/Public\/DetaliiDocument\/128647\">Codului Muncii<\/a>, angaja\u021bii care lucreaz\u0103 mai mult de 6 ore pe zi au dreptul la o pauz\u0103 de mas\u0103. Durata acestei pauze poate varia \u00eentre 15 \u0219i 30 de minute sau chiar o or\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de specificul activit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i de prevederile regulamentului intern sau ale contractului colectiv de munc\u0103 (CCM). Este important de men\u021bionat c\u0103 pauza de mas\u0103 nu este inclus\u0103 \u00een programul zilnic de lucru, except\u00e2nd cazurile \u00een care se prevede altfel \u00een regulamentul intern sau CCM.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru un program de lucru de 12 ore, este esen\u021bial ca angajatorul s\u0103 ofere cel pu\u021bin o pauz\u0103 de mas\u0103, precum \u0219i alte pauze scurte de odihn\u0103, pentru a preveni oboseala excesiv\u0103 \u0219i pentru a respecta cerin\u021bele legale privind condi\u021biile de munc\u0103. Angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 asigure c\u0103, \u00een cazul unui program de lucru de 12 ore, se respect\u0103 durata total\u0103 de lucru de maximum 48 de ore pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, inclusiv orele suplimentare.
