Aceasta permite angaja\u021bilor s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oare activitatea \u00een locuri diferite, fiind dreptul angajatorului s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 modalit\u0103\u021bile de deplasare \u00eentre acestea.
