Angajatorul poart\u0103 responsabilitatea de a anticipa \u0219i de a preveni aceste impacturi d\u0103un\u0103toare, asigur\u00e2nd protec\u021bia angaja\u021bilor \u00eempotriva riscurilor asociate expunerii la zgomot.<\/p>\n<p>Care sunt, \u00een mare, obliga\u021biile angajatorilor \u00een aceste privin\u021be:<\/p>\n<p>Stabilite acum 17 ani, normele privind cerin\u021bele minime de securitate \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate referitoare la expunerea lucr\u0103torilor la riscurile generate de zgomot se aplic\u0103 tuturor activit\u0103\u021bilor \u00een care lucr\u0103torii sunt sau este posibil s\u0103 fie expu\u0219i, prin natura muncii lor, la riscuri generate de zgomot.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219a cum precizam anterior, prin zgomot \u00een\u021belegem un sunet puternic sau deranjant, periculos prin intensitate \u0219i durata expunerii care, pe termen lung, poate avea ca efect pierderea auzului, perturb\u0103ri psihologice sau probleme fiziologice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dZgomotul produs de echipamentele de lucru se manifest\u0103 \u00een majoritatea sectoarelor de activitate \u2013 nu numai pe \u0219antierele de construc\u021bii, dar \u0219i \u00een agricultur\u0103, transporturi sau comunica\u021bii. De asemenea, zgomotul poate constitui o problem\u0103 \u0219i \u00een cazurile \u00een care activitatea presupune prezen\u021ba mai multor lucr\u0103tori \u00een acela\u0219i loc sau unde comunicarea verbal\u0103 are un rol important, precum \u00een domeniile educa\u021biei \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii sau \u00een sectorul serviciilor (baruri, restaurante, etc.) \u015fi poate prezenta un risc mare de accidentare deoarece \u00eei poate \u00eempiedica pe lucr\u0103tori s\u0103 aud\u0103 \u015fi\/sau s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 corect comunicarea \u015fi semnalizarea la locul de munc\u0103 sau \u00een trafic.\u201d \u00een acord cu un comunica remis de <a href=\"chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/www.inspectiamuncii.ro\/documents\/571621\/55015607\/CP+cerinte+minime+zgomot-01.09.2023.pdf\/f3ff2560-5f80-4b4d-8e78-10523ed52ce5\">ITM Cara\u0219 Severin<\/a>.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/shutterstock_2060102003.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7866 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/shutterstock_2060102003.jpg\" alt=\"ssm- echipamente de protec\u021bie zgomot\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/shutterstock_2060102003.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/shutterstock_2060102003-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/shutterstock_2060102003-768x512.jpg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1000px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1000\/667;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>HG nr. 493\/2006 stabile\u0219te parametrii utiliza\u021bi ca predictorii de risc, precum \u0219i valorile limit\u0103 de expunere \u0219i valorile de expunere la zgomot de la care se declan\u0219eaz\u0103 ac\u021biunea angajatorului privind s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i protec\u021bia s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii lucr\u0103torilor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Valorile limit\u0103 de expunere<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Totodat\u0103, \u00een baza Legii nr. 319\/2006, angajatorii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 evalueze riscurilor la locul de munc\u0103, inclusiv \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te nivelul de zgomot la care sunt expu\u0219i lucr\u0103torii. Dac\u0103 se constat\u0103 expuneri la zgomot peste valorile limit\u0103, angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 ia m\u0103suri de reducere a expunerii sub aceste valori \u0219i s\u0103 identifice cauzele expunerii excesive. Valorile limit\u0103 de expunere sunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valori limit\u0103 de expunere: 87 decibeli;<\/li>\n<li>Valori de expunere superioare: 85 decibeli &#8211; lucr\u0103torii trebuie s\u0103 utilizeze mijloacele individuale de protec\u021bie auditiv\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>Valori de expunere individual\u0103: 80 decibeli &#8211; angajatorul trebuie s\u0103 pun\u0103 la dispozi\u021bia lucr\u0103torilor mijloace individuale de protec\u021bie auditiv\u0103, subliniaz\u0103 ITM Cara\u0219 Severin.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluarea de risc \u0219i m\u0103sur\u0103torile trebuie efectuate printr-un serviciu competent la intervale regulate, potrivit HG 493\/2006, iar datele rezultate trebuie s\u0103 fie p\u0103strate \u00eentr-o form\u0103 care s\u0103 permit\u0103 consultarea lor la o dat\u0103 ulterioar\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Riscurile generate de expunerea la zgomot trebuie s\u0103 fie eliminate la surs\u0103 sau trebuie reduse la minimum, \u021bin\u00e2nd seama de progresul tehnic \u0219i de existen\u021ba m\u0103surilor de control al riscului la surs\u0103. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 principiile generale de prevenire prev\u0103zute de Legea SSM, angajatorilor li se indic\u0103 s\u0103 ia \u00een considerare ce alte metode de lucru pot fi utilizate pentru a reduce expunerea la zgomot, precum proiectarea \u0219i amplasarea locurilor de munc\u0103 \u0219i a posturilor de lucru, stabilirea unor pauze suficiente de odihn\u0103 \u00een timpul programului de lucru, \u0219i altele.<\/p>\n<p>Totu\u0219i, reducerea sau eliminarea complet\u0103 a expunerii la zgomot nu este posibil\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna. Atunci c\u00e2nd riscurile generate de expunerea la zgomot nu pot fi prevenite prin alte mijloace, angajatorul trebuie s\u0103 pun\u0103 la dispozi\u021bie angaja\u021bilor mijloace de protec\u021bie auditiv\u0103, precum antifoane interne sau externe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dAngajatorii au obliga\u0163ia de a proteja securitatea \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103tatea lucr\u0103torilor \u00eempotriva tuturor riscurilor legate de zgomot la locul de munc\u0103 prin efectuarea evalu\u0103rii de risc, inclusiv m\u0103surarea nivelului de zgomot, iar lipsa acestei evalu\u0103ri constituie contraven\u0163ie \u015fi se sanc\u0163ioneaz\u0103 cu amend\u0103 de la 4.000 lei la 8.000 lei.\u201d, avertizeaz\u0103 ITM Cara\u0219 Severin.<\/p>\n<p>Photo credit&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.shutterstock.com\/ro\/catalog\/licenses?q=reporting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shutterstock.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Normele de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i securitate \u00een munc\u0103 (SSM) impun angajatorilor evaluarea riscurilor la locul de munc\u0103, printre care, adesea, \u0219i nivelul de expunere la zgomot, care poate avea efecte negative nu doar asupra auzului, ci \u0219i asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii psihice sau fizice a lucr\u0103torului.
