Din perspectiv\u0103 fiscal\u0103, acest venit este taxat la fel ca orice alt salariu, impozitele \u0219i contribu\u021biile aferente fiind aplicate \u00een mod normal.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Al 13-lea salariu practici de acordare<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De obicei, companiile iau \u00een considerare acordarea celui de-al treisprezecelea salariu sau a unor prime \u00een func\u021bie de profiturile \u00eenregistrate, performan\u021bele angaja\u021bilor sau alte criterii relevante \u00een acel an. Al treisprezecelea salariu reprezint\u0103, \u00een practic\u0103, plata unei sume echivalente cu un salariu \u00een plus fa\u021b\u0103 de venitul salarial acordat \u00een luna respectiv\u0103.
