Acum, concediul de acomodare este tot de doi ani, precum cel de cre\u0219tere. Sigura diferen\u0163\u0103 a r\u0103mas \u00een cazul copilului cu handicap \u00een cazul c\u0103ruia concediul de cre\u0219tere este ceva mai mare &#8211; trei ani.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00cen ce condi\u0163i pot fi ob\u021binute concediul de cre\u0219tere \u0219i concediul de acomodare?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pentru concediul de cre\u0219tere<\/strong>&nbsp;solicitan\u021bii trebuie ca \u00een ultimii doi ani anteriori datei na\u015fterii copilului s\u0103 fi realizat timp de cel pu\u0163in 12 luni venituri din salarii \u015fi asimilate salariilor, venituri din activit\u0103\u0163i independente, din drepturi de proprietate intelectual\u0103, din activit\u0103\u0163i agricole, silvicultur\u0103 \u015fi piscicultur\u0103, supuse impozitului pe venit. \u00cen acest stagiu de cotiza\u021bie sunt incluse \u0219i perioadele de \u0219omaj, concediile medicale \u0219i alte perioade, \u00een acord cu <a href=\"https:\/\/legislatie.just.ro\/Public\/DetaliiDocument\/124331\">OUG nr. 111\/2010<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pentru a beneficia de concediu de acomodare<\/strong> solicitantul trebuie s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 venituri din activit\u0103\u0163i salariale \u015fi asimilate acestora sau, dup\u0103 caz, din activit\u0103\u0163i independente, drepturi de autor ori activit\u0103\u0163i agricole.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/shutterstock_2107661264.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7589 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/shutterstock_2107661264.jpg\" alt=\"\u00cen ce condi\u0163i pot fi ob\u021binute concediul de cre\u0219tere \u0219i concediul de acomodare\" width=\"1000\" height=\"683\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/shutterstock_2107661264.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/shutterstock_2107661264-300x205.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/shutterstock_2107661264-768x525.jpg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1000px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1000\/683;\" \/><\/a>Care este cuantumul indemniza\u021biei?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Concediul de cre\u0219tere reprezint\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;85% din media veniturilor nete realizate \u00een ultimele 12 luni din ultimii doi ani anteriori datei na\u015fterii copilului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indemniza\u021bia lunar\u0103 nu poate fi mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t suma rezultat\u0103 din aplicarea unui coeficient de multiplicare de 2,5 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/din-martie-2023-ajutoarele-sociale-care-se-stabilesc-in-functie-de-isr-se-majoreaza\/\">valoarea indicatorului social de referin\u0163\u0103<\/a> (respectiv 1495 lei) \u0219i nu poate dep\u0103\u015fi valoarea de 8.500 lei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Concediul de acomodare, la r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u, reprezint\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;85% din media veniturilor nete realizate \u00een ultimele 12 luni din ultimii doi ani anteriori datei emiterii hot\u0103r\u00e2rii judec\u0103tore\u015fti de \u00eencredin\u0163are \u00een vederea adop\u0163iei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuantumul indemniza\u0163iei lunare nu poate fi mai mic dec\u00e2t suma rezultat\u0103 din aplicarea unui coeficient de multiplicare de 3,4 la valoarea indicatorului social de referin\u0163\u0103 (respectiv 2.033 lei) , iar cuantumul maxim al acesteia nu poate dep\u0103\u015fi valoarea de 8.500 lei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desigur, \u00een fiecare situa\u021bie \u00een parte exist\u0103 reguli specifice referitoare la na\u0219terile\/adop\u021biile multiple.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/shutterstock_1879485412.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7590 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/shutterstock_1879485412.jpg\" alt=\"Care este cuantumul indemniza\u021biei pentru concediul de acomodare?\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/shutterstock_1879485412.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/shutterstock_1879485412-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/shutterstock_1879485412-768x512.jpg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1000px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1000\/667;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ob\u021binerea de venituri suplimentare este permis\u0103 \u00een ambele cazuri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conform legii, \u00een perioada concediului de acomodare sau a celui de cre\u0219tere, persoana \u00eendrept\u0103\u021bit\u0103 se poate afla \u00een una dintre urm\u0103toarele situa\u021bii care <strong>nu afecteaz\u0103 plata indemniza\u021biei<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>realizeaz\u0103 venituri \u00een baza legii, a contractului colectiv de munc\u0103 sau a contractului individual de munc\u0103, altele dec\u00e2t cele rezultate din desf\u0103\u0219urarea efectiv\u0103 a unei activit\u0103\u021bi \u00een perioada de concediu &#8211; cum ar fi, de pild\u0103, cadouri de Cr\u0103ciun, Pa\u0219te sau alte zile speciale, tichete de vacan\u021b\u0103 sau alte beneficii extrasalariale;<\/li>\n<li>prime\u0219te indemniza\u021bii \u00een calitate de consilier local sau jude\u021bean, indiferent de nivelul acestora;<\/li>\n<li>realizeaz\u0103, pe perioada concediului de acomodare, <strong>venituri supuse impozitului prin desf\u0103\u0219urarea efectiv\u0103 a unei activit\u0103\u021bi, alta dec\u00e2t cea suspendat\u0103 ca urmare a intr\u0103rii \u00een concediul de acomodare\/de cre\u0219tere, al c\u0103ror nivel nu dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te <\/strong>de cinci ori cuantumul minim al indemniza\u021biei.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De asemenea, veniturile precum cele din dob\u00e2nzi, investi\u021bii, chirii &#8211;
