--smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/683;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cui i se aplic\u0103 noile obliga\u021bii&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Noile obliga\u021bii de trecere \u00een Regulamentul Intern a informa\u021biilor despre preaviz \u0219i politica de formare (dac\u0103 exist\u0103) trebuie respectate de to\u021bi angajatorii, inclusiv de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afsru.ro\/blog\/incepand-cu-6-octombrie-regulamentul-intern-si-fisa-postului-sunt-din-nou-obligatorii-si-pentru-microintreprinderile-cu-pana-la-9-salariati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">societ\u0103\u021bile cu p\u00e2n\u0103 la nou\u0103 salaria\u021bi<\/a>, care au fost scuti\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 de cur\u00e2nd de la redactarea unui astfel de document. \u00cen cazul acestora noile detalii pot fi ad\u0103ugate \u00een documentul pe care l-au avut \u00eenainte de eliminarea sa, prin OUG 37\/2021, sau pot fi incluse \u00een documentul pe care&nbsp;trebuie s\u0103 finalizeze p\u00e2n\u0103 pe 5 decembrie.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Noul angajat trebuie s\u0103 consulte regulamentul intern \u00een prima zi de lucru<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O modificare la fel de important\u0103 vizeaz\u0103 introducerea unui termen fix \u00een care salariatul nou-angajat trebuie s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 regulamentul intern \u0219i s\u0103 semneze luarea lui la cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103:&nbsp;<em>&#8222;<\/em>Angajatorul are obliga\u021bia de a aduce la cuno\u0219tin\u021ba fiec\u0103rui salariat prevederile regulamentului intern, \u00een prima zi de lucru, \u0219i de a face dovada \u00eendeplinirii acestei obliga\u021bii.<em>&#8221;
