{"id":6986,"date":"2022-07-25T18:40:41","date_gmt":"2022-07-25T15:40:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/?p=6986"},"modified":"2022-07-31T19:09:15","modified_gmt":"2022-07-31T16:09:15","slug":"revisal-care-sunt-termenele-de-transmitere-a-informatiilor-obligatorii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/revisal-care-sunt-termenele-de-transmitere-a-informatiilor-obligatorii\/","title":{"rendered":"Revisal \u2013 ce se completeaz\u0103 \u00een Registrul general de eviden\u021b\u0103 a salaria\u021bilor \u0219i care sunt termenele pentru transmiterea acestor informatii"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fiecare angajator legal \u00eenfiin\u021bat pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei are obliga\u021bia \u00eenfiin\u021b\u0103rii, complet\u0103rii \u0219i transmiterii \u00een Revisal a elementelor raportului de munc\u0103, \u00een acord cu actele normative care reglementeaz\u0103 Registrul general de eviden\u021b\u0103 a salaria\u021bilor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>HG nr. 905\/ 2017<\/strong> privind registrul general de eviden\u021b\u0103 a salaria\u021bilor \u0219i<\/li>\n<li><strong>ORDINUL MMFPS nr. 1.918 din 25 iulie 2011<\/strong> pentru aprobarea procedurii \u0219i actelor pe care angajatorii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 le prezinte la inspectoratul teritorial de munc\u0103 pentru ob\u021binerea parolei, precum \u0219i a procedurii privind transmiterea registrului general de eviden\u021b\u0103 a salaria\u021bilor \u00een format electronic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Conform articolului 1 din HG nr. 905 din 14 decembrie 2017, urm\u0103toarele categorii de angajatori au obliga\u021bia \u00eenfiin\u021b\u0103rii registrului general de eviden\u021b\u0103 a salaria\u021bilor, a complet\u0103rii acestuia \u0219i a transmiterii \u00een registru a elementelor raportului de munc\u0103:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) persoane fizice sau juridice de drept privat, indiferent dac\u0103 au sau nu statutul de utilitate public\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>b) institu\u0163ii\/ autorit\u0103\u0163i publice\/ alte entit\u0103\u0163i juridice care angajeaz\u0103 personal \u00een baza unui contract individual de munc\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Am pus laolalt\u0103 toate informa\u021biile necesare, legate de Revisal.
