Sunt de p\u0103rere c\u0103 persoanele al\u0103turi de care ne desf\u0103\u015fur\u0103m activitatea reprezint\u0103 un aspect important al motiva\u0163iei noastre \u015fi de aceea e recomandat s\u0103 facem parte dintr-o echip\u0103 in cadrul c\u0103reia ne putem dezvolta at\u00e2t pe plan personal c\u00e2t \u015fi pe plan profesional.<\/p>\n<p>Oric\u00e2t de mult ne place ceea ce facem, avem nevoie \u015fi de motiva\u0163ia material\u0103. Un <strong>salariu atractiv \u015fi un pachet de beneficii <\/strong>vor constiutui \u00eentotdeauna o surs\u0103 de stimulare a angajatului din dou\u0103 perspective principale: pentru satisfacerea nevoilor de baz\u0103 \u015fi pentru aprecierea activit\u0103\u0163ii sau a efortului depus. Pe de o parte, un salariu satisf\u0103c\u0103tor \u00eei ofer\u0103 angajatului posibilitatea de a se \u00eentre\u0163ine, de a pl\u0103ti \u00eendatoririle lunare, de a avea grij\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tatea lui \u015fi de a desf\u0103\u015fura activit\u0103\u0163i extraprofesionale. Mi-e greu s\u0103 cred c\u0103 po\u0163i fi productiv la serviciu at\u00e2t timp c\u00e2t tr\u0103ie\u015fti cu bugetul mereu la limit\u0103; mi-e la fel de greu s\u0103 cred c\u0103 mai po\u0163i s\u0103 vii cu solu\u0163ii la situa\u0163iile dificile ap\u0103rute pe plan profesional, c\u00e2nd energia ta se consum\u0103 pe g\u0103sirea unei solu\u0163ii pentru a pl\u0103ti rata sau chiria. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, salariul reprezint\u0103 \u00een acela\u015fi timp \u015fi o recunoa\u015ftere a efortului depus.
