Care este profilul unui super-recruiter? Ce instrumente sunt mai folosite decat in anii trecuti pentru a ajunge la candidati?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"278\" data-end=\"451\">Pentru toate aceste intrebari gasim raspunsurile a peste 2000 de respondenti din 81 de tari, sumarizate in raportul lansat de SocialTalent \u2013 2017 Global Recruiting Survey.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"558\">Cu siguranta, mai greu gasesti doua zile la fel in viata unui recruiter. In cifre, insa, arata cam asa:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"852\">\n<li data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"611\">\n<p data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"611\">56% lucreaza, in medie, 44 de ore pe saptamana;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"671\">\n<p data-start=\"614\" data-end=\"671\">74% au posibilitatea de a-si alege un program flexibil;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"732\">\n<p data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"732\">51% lucreaza cu mai putin de 10 pozitii in acelasi timp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"791\">\n<p data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"791\">46% propun 4-7 candidati pe shortlist-ul catre client;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"852\">\n<p data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"852\">98% folosesc LinkedIn pentru identificarea candidatilor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"873\"><strong data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"871\">Recrutare 2.0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"1090\">Comparativ cu anul trecut, de doua ori mai multi recruiteri aleg Social Media ca prima optiune pentru gasirea unor super-candidati (34%), in timp ce site-urile de cariera sunt folosite de catre 26% dintre acestia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1213\">71% utilizeaza aplicatiile de mesagerie in comunicarea cu potentialii candidati: 38% Skype, 16% WhatsApp, 11% data-start=\"140\" data-end=\"234\">64% dintre angajatori platesc pentru contul lor de LinkedIn, comparativ cu 88% in anul 2016;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"235\" data-end=\"279\">\n<p data-start=\"237\" data-end=\"279\">35% folosesc versiunea basic a LinkedIn;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"326\">\n<p data-start=\"282\" data-end=\"326\">25% folosesc LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"327\" data-end=\"378\">\n<p data-start=\"329\" data-end=\"378\">16% \u2013 LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"411\">\n<p data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"411\">12% \u2013 Premium\/Business Plus;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"435\">\n<p data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"435\">9% \u2013 Talent Finder;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"461\">\n<p data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"461\">1% \u2013 Sales Navigator.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"463\" data-end=\"562\">46% dintre recruiteri au mai mult de 2000 de conexiuni, iar peste 22% au peste 5000 de conexiuni.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"675\"><strong data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"590\">0,4% rata de conversie<\/strong> \u2013 pentru angajarea unei singure persoane, recruiterul identifica 225 de candidati.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"699\"><strong data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"697\">Super-recruiter?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"1030\">\n<li data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"815\">\n<p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"815\">Nu se limiteaza la comunicarea prin LinkedIn, ci contacteaza telefonic sau prin e-mail mult mai des candidatii;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"863\">\n<p data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"863\">Gestioneaza mai multe roluri simultan (14);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"1030\">\n<p data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"1030\">Isi cunosc bine candidatii din proiecte si intalniri anterioare, asadar reusesc sa contacteze mai putini candidati intr-o prima etapa, insa mai potriviti rolului.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1071\"><strong data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1069\">5 tendinte in recrutarea 2.0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"2047\">\n<li data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1309\">\n<p data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1309\"><strong data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1104\">Sectorul tech cucereste!<\/strong><br data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1107\">Majoritatea recrutarilor (19%) sunt dedicate sectorului tech (inteligenta artificiala, IoT \u2013 Internet of Things, AR \u2013 Augmented Reality), fiind urmate de inginerie (10%) si vanzari\/marketing (10%).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1506\">\n<p data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1506\"><strong data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1350\">Recruiterii \u2013 in-house &amp; agentie<\/strong><br data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1353\">26% dintre recruiteri lucreaza intr-o companie de pana la 10.000 de angajati, iar 23% dintre acestia provin dintr-o firma cu pana la 50 de persoane.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1704\">\n<p data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1704\"><strong data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1587\">Evaluarea candidatilor este in conformitate cu asteptarile angajatorilor<\/strong><br data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1590\">75% dintre candidatii de pe lista scurta propusa de recruiter ajung sa fie intervievati de angajatorul final.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1857\">\n<p data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"1857\"><strong data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"1760\">LinkedIn ramane instrumentul cheie in recrutare<\/strong><br data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1763\">90% dintre respondenti folosesc LinkedIn ca prim instrument de contactare a candidatilor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"2047\">\n<p data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"2047\"><strong data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1888\">Recrutarea pe Facebook<\/strong><br data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1891\">54% folosesc Facebook in procesul de recrutare si selectie;<br data-start=\"1953\" data-end=\"1956\">61% dintre candidati sunt deschisi sa discute prin intermediul Facebook despre
