Metode prin care te poti reechilibra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"177\" data-end=\"363\">Epuizare fizica si psihica, scaderea performantelor la locul de munca, relatii sociale si personale deteriorate, scaderea calitatii vietii \u2014 sunt cateva semne ca ai ajuns la \u201eburnout\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"647\">Asemanator depresiei, sindromul burnout se manifesta prin tulburari de somn si digestie, scaderea randamentului profesional, reducerea capacitatii de dialog si interactiune cu cei din jur, senzatia de gol sufletesc si sentimentul ca viata profesionala iti invadeaza viata privata.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"917\">Sindromul burnout poate aparea in perioade prelungite de stres la locul de munca sau in conditiile in care jobul este epuizant din punct de vedere fizic ori emotional. Poate aparea si atunci cand eforturile profesionale prelungite nu genereaza rezultatele asteptate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"1145\">Sindromul nu trece de la sine, ba chiar se agraveaza daca nu sunt constientizate cauzele care l-au provocat, iar recuperarea este un proces complex si lent. Daca te confrunti cu aceasta problema, iata cateva strategii utile:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1409\"><strong data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1165\">Gaseste cauza!<\/strong><br data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1168\" \/>In primul rand, trebuie sa afli de ce ai ajuns la burnout. Uneori raspunsul este evident, alteori e nevoie de timp si introspectie pentru a-l gasi. Simti resentimente fata de activitatea ta profesionala? Acestea iti pot indica exact cauza.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1877\">Un manager care coordoneaza echipe din toata lumea isi incepe programul, cel mai probabil, la prima ora a diminetii. Daca ramane peste program in mod frecvent, isi va neglija viata privata, ceea ce ar putea sa-i creeze frustrari si, in timp, sa ajunga la burnout. Este important sa constientizezi orice sentiment negativ pe care il ai in legatura cu activitatea ta profesionala si sa concepi un plan prin care sa elimini sursa stresului si a lipsei de satisfactie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"2281\">O alta metoda prin care poti identifica problema este sa pastrezi un jurnal in care sa notezi toate evenimentele care ti-au produs disconfort psihic. Vei ajunge usor la sursa epuizarii pe care o resimti. Odata ce ai gasit cauza, poti cauta solutii. Acestea pot consta in delegarea responsabilitatilor catre alti colegi, in munca de acasa sau chiar in schimbarea pozitiei cu una mai putin solicitanta.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2283\" data-end=\"2832\"><strong data-start=\"2283\" data-end=\"2321\">Concentreaza-te pe nevoile de baza<\/strong><br data-start=\"2321\" data-end=\"2324\" \/>Daca ai ajuns la burnout, corpul tau are nevoie de atentie si de elemente de baza care sa iti asigure sanatatea si starea de bine. Fa sport! Exercitiile fizice reduc stresul, imbunatatesc sanatatea si calitatea vietii. In al doilea rand, acorda o atentie sporita odihnei, hraneste-te corespunzator si hidrateaza-te. Desi, pentru multe persoane, aceste indicatii pot parea banale, multi profesionisti le ignora, fiind concentrati mai degraba pe responsabilitatile de serviciu, ceea ce poate duce la burnout.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2834\" data-end=\"3113\"><strong data-start=\"2834\" data-end=\"2853\">Ia-ti o vacanta<\/strong><br data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"2856\" \/>O metoda eficienta pentru a te echilibra este sa iti iei o vacanta, departe de munca si de stres. Cu siguranta, stresul nu va disparea complet intre timp, insa te vei odihni si iti vei regasi resursele \u2014 poate chiar si solutiile pentru a depasi burnoutul.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3115\" data-end=\"3444\"><strong data-start=\"3115\" data-end=\"3145\">Reevalueaza-ti obiectivele<\/strong><br data-start=\"3145\" data-end=\"3148\" \/>Analizeaza-ti obiectivele personale! Sindromul burnout poate aparea atunci cand viata profesionala nu este in concordanta cu valorile personale sau nu contribuie la realizarea scopurilor pe termen lung. Poti resimti frustrare si burnout si atunci cand nu iti cunosti obiectivele pe termen lung.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3446\" data-end=\"4103\">Identifica-ti valorile si gaseste-ti un scop, o misiune personala. Aceasta analiza iti va oferi o intelegere mai profunda a lucrurilor importante pentru tine si iti va indica ce elemente lipsesc din viata sau din activitatea ta profesionala. Apoi, incearca sa creezi o legatura intre valorile tale, misiunea ta si activitatea profesionala pe care o desfasori in prezent. Asta ar putea presupune schimbarea pozitiei sau a felului in care iti privesti rolul. Ai nevoie de emotii pozitive, implicare, relatii sociale satisfacatoare, sens si realizari. Daca iti lipseste unul dintre aceste elemente, gandeste-te cum poti sa il adaugi vietii tale profesionale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4105\" data-end=\"4337\"><strong data-start=\"4105\" data-end=\"4128\">Invata sa spui \u201enu\u201d<\/strong><br data-start=\"4128\" data-end=\"4131\" \/>Nu iti asuma noi responsabilitati profesionale pana nu depasesti starea de burnout. Poate fi greu, mai ales ca asertivitatea si puterea de a refuza politicos fac adesea obiectul activitatii psihoterapiei.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4339\" data-end=\"4859\"><strong data-start=\"4339\" data-end=\"4370\">Exerseaza gandirea pozitiva<\/strong><br data-start=\"4370\" data-end=\"4373\" \/>Sindromul burnout te poate face sa gandesti negativ, iar aceasta gandire se accentueaza in timp. Iti poti analiza gandurile si, cand le identifici pe cele negative, le poti transforma in unele pozitive, constructive. Acest exercitiu este anevoios, insa, in timp, vei reincepe sa gandesti pozitiv in mod natural, iar starea ta de spirit se va imbunatati la fel de natural. Chiar daca ti se pare greu, incepe-ti ziua gandindu-te la lucrurile placute din viata ta si incheie-ti-o la fel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4861\" data-end=\"5092\">Bucura-te de realizarile marunte si sarbatoreste-le. Astfel, vei redescoperi bucuria si sensul demersurilor tale profesionale. Poti progresa oferind ajutor altora, iar feedback-ul lor de multumire iti va consolida starea de bine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5094\" data-end=\"5460\">Stresul este cauza principala a sindromului burnout. Acesta poate genera probleme grave de sanatate, ducand uneori chiar la deces.
