Iata care sunt tendintele conturate inca din acest an si care, cu siguranta, se vor sedimenta in comportamentele departamentelor de HR in perioada urmatoare:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"770\"><strong data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"619\">1. Avem o plaja tot mai mica de candidati, pentru care lupta tot mai multi angajatori.<\/strong><br data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"622\" \/>De la candidatii necalificati pana la operatori CNC, sudori, ingineri si, mai ales, specialisti IT \u2013 competitia pentru atragerea lor se intensifica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"1109\"><strong data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"824\">2. Mai mult ca oricand, e nevoie de diversitate.<\/strong><br data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"827\" \/>Profilurile cautate includ competente tot mai variate. Este o nevoie crescanda de oameni care pot aduce abilitati din mai multe domenii. Experienta extrem de nisata pierde teren, iar angajatii, la randul lor, cauta diversitate si joburi care le permit sa-si dezvolte competente noi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1362\"><strong data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1168\">3. Retentia devine un obiectiv tot mai greu de atins.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1171\" \/>In 2016, angajatii vor avea mai mult curaj sa exploreze noi oportunitati. HR-ul va trebui sa-si dubleze eforturile nu doar in atragerea de talente, ci si in pastrarea acestora in organizatie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1600\"><strong data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1400\">4. Castiga brandul de angajator.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1403\" \/>Desi amenintarea recesiunii inca planeaza, angajatii devin mai increzatori in a face schimbari. Insa, in acelasi timp, sunt si mai atenti la reputatia angajatorului caruia ii acorda increderea lor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1897\"><strong data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1652\">5. Comunicarea are nevoie de un refresh major.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1655\" \/>Angajatorii trebuie sa tina pasul cu noile canale \u2013 in special cu mediul mobil. Adaptarea mesajului devine esentiala: video-ul incepe sa castige teren, iar trecerea de la corporate blogging la corporate vlogging este doar o chestiune de timp.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"2107\"><strong data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"1966\">6. Recrutarea dureaza mai mult si retentia capata un rol cheie.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1966\" data-end=\"1969\" \/>Ambele procese necesita bugete mai mari si implicare extinsa in cautarea, evaluarea, angajarea si pastrarea oamenilor potriviti in echipa.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2338\"><strong data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2175\">7. HR-ul are nevoie de un mix perfect intre intuitie si cifre.<\/strong><br data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2178\" \/>Mai mult ca niciodata, este nevoie de analiza de date: unde sunt candidatii, ce canale sunt cele mai eficiente si cum pot fi optimizate campaniile de recrutare.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2543\"><strong data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2396\">8.
