Iata 8 semne subtile (dar importante) ca o colaborare ar putea fi problematica pe termen lung:<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"518\">1. Nu manifesta interes real pentru compania ta<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"711\">Cand un candidat nu pune intrebari despre cultura organizationala, misiune sau proiectele curente, este posibil sa nu fie cu adevarat interesat \u2013 ci doar in cautarea \u201eoricarui loc de munca\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"787\"><strong data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"735\">Intrebare de test:<\/strong> \u201eCe te-a atras cel mai mult la compania noastra?\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"841\">2. Asteapta un stil de management diferit<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"964\">Daca prefera autonomie totala, dar tu ai un stil orientat pe feedback constant, sau invers \u2013 pot aparea tensiuni rapide.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1053\"><strong data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"983\">Ce urmaresti:<\/strong> Asteptari realiste despre cum arata \u201eun manager bun\u201d in ochii lui\/ei.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1120\">3. Prioritatile lui sunt altele decat ale organizatiei<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1272\">Un candidat orientat exclusiv spre salariu si promovare rapida poate sa nu rezoneze cu un mediu care valorizeaza stabilitatea si customer experience.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1380\"><strong data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1287\">Red flag:<\/strong> Daca intreaba doar despre bonusuri, fara sa intrebe nimic despre echipa sau impactul muncii.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1450\">4. Diferente majore in definirea echilibrului viata-munca<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1594\">Daca in organizatia ta ziua incepe la ora 8, iar candidatul spune ca \u201enu functioneaza pana la 10 dimineata\u201d, e clar ca va exista o frictiune.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1684\"><strong data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1608\">Solutie:<\/strong> Discuta transparent despre programul real si flexibilitatea (sau lipsa ei).<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1691\" data-end=\"1722\">5. Evita lucrul in echipa<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1856\">Cand cineva declara ca prefera sa lucreze singur si ca \u201ese incarca greu in grupuri\u201d, poate fi o problema intr-un mediu colaborativ.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"1963\"><strong data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"1867\">Test:<\/strong> Povesteste despre un proiect in echipa recent si intreaba cum s-ar fi integrat in acel context.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1970\" data-end=\"2016\">6. Are asteptari nerealiste de promovare<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2017\" data-end=\"2161\">Daca iti spune ca in 2 ani se vede manager sau director, dar compania ta nu are o dinamica accelerata de avansare, va aparea frustrarea rapid.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2163\" data-end=\"2238\"><strong data-start=\"2163\" data-end=\"2180\">Transparenta:<\/strong> Discuta clar despre cum arata progresul real in companie.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2294\">7. Vorbeste negativ despre fosti angajatori<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2295\" data-end=\"2431\">Oricat de toxice ar fi fost experientele anterioare, un profesionist matur stie sa nu transforme interviul intr-o sesiune de plangeri.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2433\" data-end=\"2543\"><strong data-start=\"2433\" data-end=\"2448\">Observatie:<\/strong> Daca limbajul este plin de reprosuri si acuzatii, poate aduce aceeasi energie si in echipa ta.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2619\">8. \u201eTestul aeroportului\u201d \u2013 il vrei aproape in momente dificile?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2766\">Imagineaza-ti ca ai fi blocat intr-un aeroport cu aceasta persoana timp de 8 ore. Ati reusi sa comunicati? S-ar pastra o atmosfera constructiva?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2768\" data-end=\"2858\"><strong data-start=\"2768\" data-end=\"2793\">Daca raspunsul e \u201enu\u201d<\/strong>, poate ca nu e omul potrivit pentru echipa ta, indiferent de CV.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2865\" data-end=\"2878\"><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2880\" data-end=\"3171\"><strong data-start=\"2880\" data-end=\"2947\">Competenta poate fi antrenata, dar potrivirea umana \u2013 mai greu.<\/strong><br data-start=\"2947\" data-end=\"2950\" \/>Cand simti ca ceva \u201enu se leaga\u201d in interviu, acorda-ti timp sa analizezi dincolo de raspunsurile standard.
