Daca te gandesti ca pana si scrierea unui text pentru indexare se bazeaza, in final, pe o formula Flesch, nu este chiar surprinzator ca majoritatea angajatorilor isi doresc candidati cu abilitati numerice dezvoltate si o gandire cat mai analitica. Incearca, asadar, sa iti exersezi constant abilitatile numerice si sa iti dezvolti gandirea critica.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"2\"><strong>Fii pasionat de social media<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Este un mediu aflat in continua crestere si pe langa faptul ca te ajuta sa iti creezi unui brand personal puternic, te va ajuta si la job. Competenta sociala este din ce in ce mai apreciata de angajatori, care vad in aceasta abilitate un plus pentru generarea de awareness asupra propriului brand.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"3\"><strong>Scrie <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"96\" data-end=\"337\">Abilitatile de comunicare sunt din ce in ce mai cautate de angajatori. Exerseaza si imbunatateste aceasta competenta, deoarece te va ajuta inca din momentul redactarii unei scrisori de intentie si pana la pregatirea prezentarilor de proiect.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"4\"><strong>Programare<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"93\" data-end=\"431\">Daca inca esti in cautarea unei specializari, aceasta este competenta pe care angajatorii o vor cauta nu doar in 2015, ci si multi ani de acum incolo. C++, PHP, Java \u2013 indiferent de limbajul de programare, esential este ca cele mai bune recomandari vin din proiectele pe care le-ai dezvoltat, nu neaparat din numarul cursurilor absolvite.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"5\"><strong>Management de proiect<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tot mai multe companii deruleaza proiecte si sunt in cautarea de coordonatori de proiect care sa aiba competente solide pentru gestionarea acestora. Pentru interviuri, pregateste detalii despre cum ai gestionat aceste proiecte, despre bugete, despre gestionarea timpului, despre greseli si despre ce ai invatat din acestea, dar si despre realizari.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"6\"><strong>Invata limbi straine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Indiferent daca esti contabil sau inginer, cunostintele de limbi straine iti pot fi extrem de utile. Granitele devin din ce in ce mai flexibile, iar joburile care astazi sunt pur romanesti, maine pot deveni cat se poate de hispanice, nepaleze, indiene, scotiene sau irlandeze.<\/p>\n<p>Tu ce competente planuiesti sa dezvolti?
