{"id":1964,"date":"2014-06-01T08:56:29","date_gmt":"2014-06-01T05:56:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lugerarepublic.ro\/blog\/?p=1964"},"modified":"2025-06-25T16:11:12","modified_gmt":"2025-06-25T13:11:12","slug":"cuvinte-cheie-pentru-hr-ul-anului-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/cuvinte-cheie-pentru-hr-ul-anului-2014\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuvinte cheie pentru HR-ul anului 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Am avut anii angajatilor, anii angajatorilor si iata ca avem si 2014\u2026 in care gestiunea talentelor, leadershipul si HR-ul, in asamblu, trec prin schimbari radicale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"124\" data-end=\"470\">O usoara crestere economica a dus la o crestere la fel de moderata a numarului de locuri de munca disponibile pe piata. Acest context a mai estompat din criza prelungita care domina mediul profesional si a schimbat, cel putin partial, tonul tensionat care caracteriza piata muncii. Angajatii devin din ce in ce mai deschisi la ideea de schimbare. Pentru departamentele de HR, aceasta tendinta aduce o noua provocare: trecerea de la strategii axate pe reducerea costurilor, catre planuri orientate spre retentie si motivare. Si asta pentru ca, desi candidati sunt multi, adevaratele talente continua sa fie greu de gasit si, mai ales, de atras. Asadar, cuvantul cheie pentru HR ramane \u2013 si in acest context \u2013 <strong data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"846\">inovarea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"86\" data-end=\"492\">Dupa cinci ani de reduceri de costuri, restructurari, cheltuieli minutios portionate si mutarea continua a granitelor catre \u201emai mult, in acelasi timp si cu aceleasi resurse\u201d, organizatiile trebuie sa gestioneze o noua problema: epuizarea angajatilor. Pe acest fond, fortele incep sa se inverseze, iar angajatii cu performante si cu competente-cheie incep sa solicite din ce in ce mai mult atentia HR-ului.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"882\">In ciuda faptului ca somajul este \u2013 si va ramane \u2013 ridicat, oamenii si-au schimbat perspectiva si au asteptari de la jobul lor: sa se potriveasca planurilor personale, sa le ofere satisfactii si sa fie placut. Daca organizatiile nu vor reusi sa raspunda acestor cerinte, atunci cautarile top performerilor se vor indrepta catre alte companii, provocand HR-ul sa fie, inca o data, creativ.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"1245\">Intr-o evolutie fireasca, departamentele de training s-au transformat in adevarate centre de crestere si dezvoltare a resurselor umane. Parteneriatele cu universitatile, organizarea programelor de internship si atentia pe care organizatiile o acorda invatarii continue sunt premisele pe care se construiesc strategiile de atragere si mentinere a celor mai buni.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1602\">Vechile sisteme de evaluare se transforma in programe complexe de recompensare si feedback, care se concentreaza pe coaching, dezvoltare, alinierea obiectivelor si recunoastere. Obiectivul central al evaluarilor nu mai este o grila relativa, pur cantitativa, ci un sistem care sa ajute la motivarea si la cresterea nivelului de performanta al angajatilor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"2166\">Motivarea si retentia devin, in acest context, prioritati de top, insa HR-ul isi schimba perspectiva din care le priveste, trecand de la simpla chestionare a angajatilor la un sistem complex de evaluare a mediului de lucru, practicilor de management, programelor de beneficii si recunoastere, de dezvoltare a carierei si \u2013 nu in ultimul rand \u2013 a misiunii organizatiei. Toate acestea atrag si pastreaza oameni pasionati, motiv pentru care profesionistul de HR este fortat sa iasa din ciclicitatea evaluarii anuale si sa monitorizeze constant nivelul de motivatie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2168\" data-end=\"2642\">Un job nou este, uneori, la distanta de un singur click \u2013 insa acest click poate duce catre o pozitie in cadrul propriei organizatii, daca exista un plan de cariera care incurajeaza mobilitatea interna a talentelor. Un plan coerent de cariera, promovarea pozitiilor deschise in interiorul companiei, implementarea si utilizarea de instrumente de evaluare care sa permita dezvoltarea resurselor umane interne sunt, asadar, instrumente indispensabile pentru HR-ul anului 2014.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2644\" data-end=\"2959\">Si pentru ca toate acestea sa functioneze si sa fie implementate cu succes, HR-ul trebuie sa adauge pe lista si dezvoltarea propriilor competente. Asta pentru ca propria evaluare nu mai are in centru doar buna gestionare a sarcinilor administrative, ci capacitatea de a atrage, retine, dezvolta si gestiona talente.<\/p>\n<p>Tu ce provocari ai adauga pe lista acestui an?
