Cartea este un fel de biblia recrutarii. Este absolut geniala. Plina de exemple, recomandari, tips&amp;tricks, formulare si ghiduri pentru imbunatatirea tehnicii de intervievare, aceasta carte ar trebui sa existe in biblioteca oricarui recruiter.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inca din primele pagini ale cartii, mi-am dat seama ca este genul de carte care se citeste cu un caietel si un creion alaturi. Primul citat pe care mi l-am notat a fost aceasta: \u201cdaca vrei sa angajezi oameni superiori, foloseste un sistem dezvoltat in scopul angajarii oamenilor superiori, nu completarii unei structuri organizatorice.\u201d Aparent simplu. Ati crede ca orice recruiter\/consultant resurse umane stie acest lucru. Gresit. Inainte sa ma angajez, eu am avut o serie de interviuri foarte nefericite. Recruiteri seniori care habar nu aveau de o regula de baza in recrutare: inainte de a intra in sala de interviu, detaseaza-te si uita ca ai avut o zi grea. Constientizarea starii emotionale este foarte importanta in acest job. Lipsa obiectivitatii si a unei judecatii limpede are ca principal risc pierderea\/desfiintarea unui candidat bun. Sa nu mai mentionez faptul ca exceptand-o pe d-ra de la receptie, tu, recruiterul esti prima persoana cu care potentialul viitor angajat intra in contact.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Care ar fi primul gand al tau daca recruiterul te-ar repezi\/intrerupe repetat\/nu ar fi atent la ce zici? Al meu a fost: \u201ccine l-a angajat si ce fel de cultura organizationala exista in aceasta companie\u201d.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Revenind la cartea lui Adler, aceasta este centrata importanta utilizarii unui profil de performanta intr-un interviu. Iar ideile adleriene care graviteaza in jurul acestei idei de baza sunt simple si le voi enumera in randurile ce urmeaza.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Candidatii cei mai buni isi doresc cariere, nu joburi.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Pentru sporirea obiectivitatii este absolut necesara constientizarea starii emotionale.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Inainte de interviul face to face, Adler recomanda ca prima etapa in procesul de recrutare, interviul telefonic, care va diminua\/elimina posibilele tensiuni\/emotii din momentul interviului face to face.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Obiectivele SMARTe (Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Results, Time-bound, environment)<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Importanta ghidului de interviu.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Intotdeauna un recruiter trebuie sa asculte de 4 ori mai mult decat vorbeste.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si multe altele, pe care le veti descoperi cand veti citi cartea.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cateva citate:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe shortest course in interviewing: Wait 30 minutes before making any decision about a candidate\u2019s ability to do the work.\u201d<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDefine the job, not the person. Define succes, not the skills. It\u2019s best to separate the job from the person. This allows for a more objective appraisal of true competency.\u201d<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSucces = Talent + (Energy x Energy) + Team Leadership + Comparable Past Perfomance + Job Specific Problem Solving\u201d<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cBe skeptical. Interviewing is a fact-finding mission, not popularity contest. As long as you know what are you looking for, don\u2019t give up until you find it.
